After about 3500 miles I need a new set of tires on my Alfa. Somehow - and I am not certain who to blame here - the tread on the rears is getting low, and I hit a pothole last week that led to a sidewall blister.
I would normally go OEM but the special AR Corsas are backordered for two months which seems like a long time to wait. So should I get regular Pirella Corsas or Michelin Pilot Sports - which is my normal go-to performance tire.
T houghts?

What climate and tarmac are you on?

I’d go Michelin. SF roads are getting worse by the minute it feels like.

Go for the Pilot Sport 4s. I’ve got them on my M3 and I quite like them.

Ive always run super sports and quite like them. I also heard good things about the sport 4s.

I second this. I have a set on my WRX and they’re fantastic.

Ended up with Michelins but Pilot Super Sports. Apparently the OEM fitment for the Alfa is an unusual size. In any event I’ve had the PSS on several cars and liked them.

The PS4s are just newer versions of PSSs, I tried to get some PSSs last year for my car, but I couldn't find any since I guess they don't make them anymore.
